Night & Day
I have to say that I wasn't looking forward to starting over from scratch, just to watch the opening sequence and dialog in Japanese. I have to say, the mix of English text and the original VAs exceeded all my expectations!
Having all the nasty re-encoded videos restored to their original versions is just the icing on the cake. The P3 Fes title poster frame of the OP video no longer judders and shimmers all over the screen, a huge improvement.
Now to get it working with my PS3 for 1080p...

Before you ask... all of us already own the import, thereby licensing the Japanese audio for our own personal use! Atlus USA chose to waste our time and money on this terrible dub we won't be using, so they are the ones who owe us a partial refund...

Event, battle and movie voices are now Japanese. As before, the infrequent movies lack subtitles. I dislike nasty re-encoded video, so don't whine at me for hardsubs.
Hackers/coders want to contact me? Look for a fluffy kitty.

An Open Letter to Atlus USA
This English dub of "Persona 3 Fes" is an embarassment, a disgrace, and an insult to your parent company Atlus Inc. and all your customers in the United States and abroad. To personally win me back as a customer, you will need to recall my game disc as defective, and issue a replacement that will restore the original voice actors' work.
I gladly would have paid $130 + tax instead of $30 for you to do the right thing and license the original voiceover work, instead of wasting my money supporting amateur hour at the dubbing studio.
Rest assured, I have learned my lesson and will never purchase anything from Atlus USA ever again.
